Personal bio
Dr. Lin is an expert clinician, educator, and researcher in the specialty of family medicine. He earned his MD from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed his medical training at Stanfordâs family medicine residency program at OâConnor Hospital. Dr. Lin is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is an active member of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine. He has received numerous national awards and is recognized among the top family physicians in the United States. Dr. Lin is the medical director of Stanford Family Medicine and the associate chief for medical education in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health. Dr. Lin is the founder of the nationally recognized OâConnor-Stanford Leaders in Education Residency (OSLER) Program, co-founder of the Stanford Healthcare Innovations and Experiential Learning Directive (SHIELD), and executive director of the Stanford Medical Scribe Fellowship. His research covers a broad spectrum of primary care topics, including healthcare technology and artificial intelligence. Dr. Lin is the author of over 170 scholarly works and presentations.
