Personal bio
Kelly worked as a technical writer and manager at many high-tech companies including Borland, Netscape, Marimba. Just as the tech bubble burst in the last 1990s, she started teaching technical writing. She studied aviation at San Jose State University and is a certificated pilot and FAA Airframe & Powerplant mechanic. She loves learning from her students and sees learning as a collaborative process. Currently teaching
