Personal bio
Ian Osband is a doctoral candidate studying statistical learning in the department of Management Science and Engineering. Before coming to Stanford, Ian worked as a Credit Derivatives strategist JPMorgan in London and New York. Ian received his Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Oxford University in 2010 and his Masters in Mathematics in 2011 where he graduated as the top student in final exams. Ian is an active consultant in data science for bay area startups and has spent the summer at Google optimizing the ads shown on their search page. |
