CS 468: Topics in Geometric Algorithms: Riemannian Methods in Computer Vision and Biomedical Imaging

Contents of this course change with each offering. Past offerings have included geometric matching, surface reconstruction, collision detection, computational topology, and 3D machine learning. May be repeated for credit. The Spring 2019/20 iteration will focus on data analysis and machine learning in non-flat spaces, with applications to computer vision and biomedical imaging. Prerequisites: linear algebra and basic probability theory, coding.
