WELLNESS 117: Behavior Change: Building A Better You

Change behaviors using evidence-based techniques. Addresses the roles of habit cycles, procrastination mitigation, productivity enhancement, motivational factors, self-compassion, and addiction and addictive processes (both substances and non-substance related) in changing behaviors from maladaptive to adaptive patterns.
