SPECLANG 224: Advanced Readings in Vietnamese
The course is designed to develop reading competence in Vietnamese. Students will reach advanced proficiency in reading authentic Vietnamese materials pertinent to history and culture. Texts will include prose and poetry pieces from Vietnamese literature, media, and historical documents. The emphasis is on vocabulary building, reading comprehension, and translation.
