Notes: Under normal circumstances, this hybrid course includes online self-study work/exams which must be completed (and passed) by in order to participate in the 5-day in-person practical portion (Fri thru Tues of Spring Break). Online self-study and testing time commitment varies per student at a minimum around 25 hours. 100% attendance required at practical session for certification. See syllabus for more details on this unusual course. No prior medical experience is necessary; current CPR certification is highly encouraged (EMED 110). After testing access is distributed, permission to drop is required and includes a $350 drop fee. This course meets in AOERC 103B. As of Dec. 2020, this class is still pending.
