Topics: Basics of differentiable manifolds (tangent spaces, vector fields, tensor fields, differential forms), embeddings, tubular neighborhoods, integration and Stokes' Theorem, deRham cohomology, intersection theory via Poincare duality, Morse theory. Prerequisite: 215ANOTE: Undergraduates require instructor permission to enroll.
