Andreas Paepcke

Andreas Paepcke Andreas Paepcke received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Applied Mathematics from Harvard, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany. Andreas was a member of technical staff at Hewlett Packard's central research lab, and a consultant at the Xerox Palo Alto Research center. He joined the Stanford Computer Science Department in 1994. He spent two years part time at Willow Garage, a robotics laboratory. Andreas' current interests are data analytics over materials from learner interactions with Stanford's course offerings. He often combines systems and machine learning techniques with HCI principles.
