Miguel Novelo Cruz

Miguel Novelo Cruz Novelo is an experimental media artist, filmmaker, and cultural event creator from Campeche, Mexico, now based between the Bay Area, CA, and the Peninsula of Yucatan in Mexico. Graduated from Escuela Universitaria TAI with an associate degree in film (2013), and from San Francisco Art Institute with a bachelor's in fine arts with an emphasis in film/art and technology (2018), and an MFA in Art Practice (2022)from Stanford University. Miguel has exhibited pieces and films in museums, galleries, and film festivals around the world such as De Young, MUAC, FICM, Sheffield Doc/Fest, and many others.
