Kelly Harrison

Kelly Harrison Kelly worked as a technical writer and manager at many high-tech companies including Borland, Netscape, Marimba. Just as the tech bubble burst in the 1990s, she started teaching technical communication. She studied aviation at San Jose State University and is a certificated pilot and FAA Airframe & Powerplant mechanic. She has degrees in English, Aviation, and the Liberal Arts. She loves learning from her students and sees learning as a collaborative process.
