Andrea Hanson-Kahn

Andrea Hanson-Kahn Andrea is a genetic counselor at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital where she has practiced for 11 years. Her undergraduate degree was in molecular biology at UC Berkeley. She earned her Master's degree in Genetic Counseling Program from UC Irvine in 2000 and was certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling in 2002. She currently sees patients in the Medical Genetics clinic and is a facilitator for the Palo Alto Huntingtonâ??s Disease Association Support Group. She is the Associate Director of the Master's Program in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling at Stanford and is involved in teaching, overseeing the clinical training program, and advising and mentoring students.
