Amie Haas

Amie Haas Amie Haas received her Bachelors degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine and went on to complete her PhD at the University of South Florida in Clinical Psychology, with dual minors in Behavioral Pharmacology and Quantitative Methods. She completed her internship at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, followed by a 2-year NIDA funded postdoctoral fellowship at U.C. San Francisco in Substance Abuse Treatment. She is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in addictions, assessment, and adolescent/young adult clients. Amie has been a lecturer at Stanford since 2007 and holds a separate, tenured appointment as Full Professor at Palo Alto University. In addition to her professional endeavors, Amie is an active runner and enjoys cheering on her two children in competitive sports.
