Personal bio
Daniel Spielman received his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1983 and his Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1990. Dan joined the faculty of the Stanford University Department of Radiology in 1993. In addition to his research and teaching, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, and reading.
