Personal bio
Stefan Funk received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Heidelberg and the Max-Planck Institute for Kernphysik in Heidelberg, Germany in 2005. He came to Stanford University and SLAC as a postdoc in 2006 and became an assistant professor in 2007. His research interests focus on high-energy astrophysics, mainly using gamma rays to study particle acceleration in the Universe. |
