Personal bio
Bob Groves is an Adjunct Professor at the Stanford University School of Engineering where he teaches CEE 202 Construction Law and Claims, a graduate course on construction claims analysis and resolution. Bob Groves is a Vice President of TM Financial Forensics, specializing in engineering and accounting consulting and expert testimony on construction and government contract matters. Mr. Groves work includes the analysis of schedule delays and cost overruns on construction projects and manufacturing programs and the preparation and evaluation of contract claims. Bob has testified in state and federal civil courts, in regulatory proceedings and arbitrations and has participated in mediations and settlement negotiations. Currently teaching
