Personal bio
Peter Kline received his B.A. from Northwestern in English/Creative Writing and his M.F.A. from the University of Virginia. He has been honored with the 2010 Morton Marr Prize from the Southwest Review, as well as a Wallace Stegner Fellowship in Poetry Writing from Stanford University, where he was also the William Chace Lecturer. He has been a finalist for the National Poetry Series and the Poetry Foundation's Ruth Lilly Fellowship. His poetry and essays have appeared in Poetry, Tin House, Ploughshares, Southern Poetry Review, Crazyhorse, Mantis, Crab Orchard Review, and elsewhere.
