Personal bio
Niall Keleher completed his Ph.D. at the UC Berkeley School of Information in 2019. He has worked in the Chief Economistâs Office of the World Bank and as Director of Research Methods and Knowledge Management at Innovations for Poverty Action. During the course of his career, Niall has worked on research with financial institutions, development organizations, and online tech firms. Niall holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and International Studies from the Johns Hopkins University and a Masters in Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School. |
