Jeffrey Schox

Jeffrey Schox is a Patent Attorney and the founding member of Schox Patent Group, which builds patent portfolios for startups. He has filed over 2,000 patent applications and has represented 250 early stage startups and a few later stage startups, including Google, Facebook, and Dropbox. His clients have attracted more than $2B from top venture capital firms, such as Andreessen Horowitz, Benchmark, and Sequoia. In addition to being a patent attorney and an entrepreneur, Jeff is also a Lecturer at Stanford, an advisory board member at the Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan, and an active mentor in several of the top incubators, including Y Combinator, Techstars, and Lemnos Labs. He is also an active angel investor with 50+ early stage investments, including Twilio (IPO) and Cruise (acquired by GM for $1B).
