Personal bio
Prof. Charles D. Kolstad is an environmental economist with research interests are in information, uncertainty and regulation; he does much of his applied work in the area of climate change and energy markets. Currently he is a Convening Lead Author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (co-recipient of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize) and Editor of the journal Review of Environmental Economics & Policy. He teaches environmental and natural resource economics at the graduate level (PhD). Currently teaching
