This course aims to deepen our collective awareness of profound racial disparities in the United States and around the world. Through a series of conversations with a diverse array of prominent leaders, we will explore the role of race in society, how race interacts with structures of power, and how systemic racism manifests itself in day-to-day business and policy decisions. Candid and honest conversations with class guests will expose students to concrete examples of how their future decisions might lead to different outcomes for different people, based on race.
