Electrical quantities and their measurement, including operation of the oscilloscope. Function of electronic components including resistor, capacitor, and inductor. Elements of historical presentations and introduction to sound-recording, editing, mixing and presentation. Studio visits with internationally acclaimed Berlin-based artists and composers: sound spatialization at the Technisches Universität and sound studies at the Universität der Künste. Create works of sound art that respond to site, to objects, and to sound/image combinations.
