CTL 280: Interpersonal and Small Group Communication (CTL 180)

Communication effectiveness in the contexts of dyads, the workplace, family, and society. Listening, conflict resolution, leadership, power and its implementation, group dynamics, emotions, and cultural influences on interactions.
