Personal bio
We strive to understand hydrologic response as it relates to landscape evolution. Our efforts are focused on the combined field characterization and physics-based numerical simulation of surface and near-surface hydrologic processes. Recently, we have worked on cumulative watershed effects, transport limited erosion, and debris flow initiation. I teach courses on environmental problems (GES-43Q), soil physics (GES-130, GES-238), hydrology (GES-130, GES-237), fluvial geomorphology (GES-131), and numerical modeling (GES-237). |
