Personal bio
We are fascinated by the emergent dynamics of biological systems. Our lab combines basic research and engineering approaches by working on two (overlapping) questions: (1) Biophysics of Development (zebrafish); (2) Biotic Games for education and large scale science CV: 2009- today: Assistant Professor Bioengineering, Stanford 2005-09 Postdoc at Max Planck and Caltech 2005 PhD Biophysics, Max Planck Institute Cell Biology & Genetics, Dresden 2001 Business Consultant, Accenture 2000 Diploma Theoretical Physics, Technical University Dresden
